✧If use should be public ie; use for display on social media is fine. (credit would be appreciated, though you dont have to)✧ Do not use your commission for commercial use as I do not have experience in that field.✧ I may refuse your commission if I feel I cannot execute it as well as I would desire so, or uncomfortable with the request.✧I may charge more depending on the complexity of the piece, if you do not agree to the added payment, I will simplify. (intended for very detailed characters, backgrounds, and props)
✧ you may not use the commissioned piece to publish to third parties (ie. Shirts, Mugs), nor resell the image. (as I am the original artist)
✧ NEVER use my art for NFTS/remove the watermark, you WILL be blacklisted from commissioning.✧ I may use your commission on my social media (please discuss with me if you would prefer not to/allow permission but to remain anonymous)✧Regarding refunds: It is allowed during or before the sketching phase. No refunds is possible after the sketching phase.✧Commission Will be canceled if buyer is not able to pay within 96 hours unless there is valid reason.
✧I experiment a lot + practice a lot with my art so I apologize if there is inconsistency in style, which you can point out to me if you need changes (referencing a certain art piece of mine).✧I may be balancing life stuff (personal artwork, chorus battles, and private matters) so please understand if I don't always have time to work/update you.✧I am extremely bad with vague wording and instruction so please talk as clear as possible.✧Payment will be via KO-FI.

✧Turnaround: Within 4 weeks after I announce I am working on your commission. I will inform you if I need more time. Feel free to DM me at any time to ask on progress/check up on the piece(s). I will be messaging you during the process to ask for feedback in certain timeframes (thumbnails, sketch, coloring) Please be patient if I am working on others commission before yours.✧References (pose, clothes, etc) are encouraged if you want a specific artistic vision, if none are provided I will take creative liberty. stock photos, other art pieces are very appreciated as reference, even a stick figure drawing will be helpful lol

asking for a combination of the images is ok with me.✧What you get: Digital illustration in PNG format in google drive✧Regarding text references/no character reference: I will most likely decline text references/no character reference unless you are willing to pay more, since I am basically designing the character for you which takes more of my time. If you wish so, feel free to ask for the option to design (will cost more) or else i will decline.
